Answer by HarukaMichiru
You could try 4Shared.com-they have files for download there. If it isn’t there, you could try Frostwire.com.

Ninja core. Stealth core.

Ninja core. Stealth core. Companion core. Veriable symmetric multiprocessing. Those are all phrases that NVIDIA has used to describe their 5th processing core in Tegra 3. And to celebrate the 5th core, NVIDIA has now announced a 5th name, “4-PLUS-1.”

Four high performance CPU cores for premium experiences, plus one low-power CPU core to save battery life.

I am often entertained by the messaging that comes from marketing and public relations teams, and this is no exception. At the same time, I still understand what NVIDIA is trying to accomplish. Their customers wanted an easy to understand name they could put on a box that represents the value of Tegra 3′s 5th low-power CPU core and it doesn’t get much simpler than 4-PLUS-1.

We’ve already covered the benefits of Tegra 3, so I won’t dive into that again. For the real technical folks out there, NVIDIA also updated their whitepaper on variable symmetric multiprocessing. If you want the simple version of how multi-core processors extend battery life, just check out the video below.

Let us know what you think about the new 4-PLUS-1 branding in the comments below.

MWC is on the horizon and Fujitsu doesn’t want you to forget it makes noteworthy devices as well. The Japanese manufacturer looks to present a breakthrough device to the masses by creating what will be a “dust and waterproof” beast. Yes, that’s right– a “dust and waterproof” smartphone. Fujitsu isn’t stopping there either. The phone will have a sexy profile and feature some high-end specs on the menu including a Tegra 3 quad-core processor, 4.6-inch display, 13.1MP camera and Android 4.0.

Looks like Fujitsu is ready to create some more competition in the already crowded Android playground. With a quad-core processor, 13.1MP camera and ICS, I think more than a few people would gladly give this phone more than just a look. Fujitsu will only have a few sample units at MWC, but there is optimism the phone won’t be released too long from now.

This game came out of no where! Released just days ago, the app has climbed to #4 in Top Free Apps on Android Market, coming in just after Facebook, Pandora, and Angry Birds. After downloading it myself, I can see why. Like Angry Birds, the game is easy to learn and increasingly addictive.

The objective is to destroy ceramic objects using a variety of specialized bombs. Yeah, what’s not to love there? The key, however, is to destroy it as much as possible. At least 90% obliteration is required to move on. You’ll earn more stars for 95% and 100%.

Playing the game is simple enough:

Pull the catapult

Adjustment angle and intensity

Release your finger shoot

Destroy at least 90% to level up

The game features:

Sweet ceramic style pictures.

120 different ceramics like Guitars, Butterflies, Robots, Candy and so on.

Green Bombs: Pull the catapult to shoot the bomb

Blue Bombs: Tap The screen to split the bomb into 3 mini-bombs

Yellow Bombs: Tap the screen 3 times to lay out the mini-bombs

Purple Bombs: Rub the screen to control the direction of the bomb

The promise of more levels to come

Its FREE on Android Market so give it a go, or check out the video to see some gameplay first.

Well look what we have here? The fine folks at Droid Life seem to have stumbled upon information that was <del>accidentally</del> leaked out. As you can see in the screenshot, the information includes two new devices that are on their way: the LG Cayenne and the “DROID Fighter”. News and information are scarce for both devices. We haven’t heard much chatter from Verizon very much about its upcoming toys lately, nor have we seen any leaks or information— so this is as big of a surprise to you all as it is to us here. Perhaps the LG Cayenne will be a dumbed-down version of the newly released LG Spectrum or even an entry-level phone. And maybe the “DROID Fighter” could be something along the lines of Sammy’s DROID Charge or maybe it’s something completely different, who knows. We’ll just have to wait until further information trickles out in order to have an idea of what the devices may be.

Both devices are expected to arrive within the next few months, so stay tuned with Talk Android for any additional leaks or news we hear about in the meantime.

There’s a reason why T-Mobile is referred to as “scrappy”. According to some recent FCC filings, o’l Magenta is looking to step in on Verizon’s latest acquisition attempt to purchase spectrum from a number of cable companies of which some deals are already in the works. Companies such as Comcast, Time Warner Cable, Cox Communications and House Networks. According to T-Mobile, the deal would focus an “excessive concentration” of wireless spectrum to be laid at the feet of one of the biggest wireless carriers in the U.S. In addition, most of the spectrum which Vz is attempting to purchase is of the AWS band variety which just so happens to be the userplane that the company uses for its 4G HSPA+ technology. T-Mobile will continue to argue that Big Red already has quite a large amount of AWS spectrum that they haven’t even tapped into yet, therefore, it’s unlikely we’ll see this new spectrum being used efficiently anytime soon.

“The Transactions come before the Commission at a critical time for the future of competition in mobile services, and particularly in mobile broadband. Verizon Wireless, with its extensive holdings of valuable low-frequency spectrum, already has a significant advantage in the industry migration to LTE as the new wireless broadband standard. Its smaller competitors do not have excess spectrum in which to first warehouse bandwidth and later deploy LTE. With current spectrum holdings, their effort to deploy LTE is more complicated, costly and time consuming. Moreover, its smaller competitors are largely relegated to the higher frequency ranges, which are more difficult to deploy due to their propagation and building penetration characteristics, and their ability to keep up with demand as the industry evolves to the LTE standard will be significantly capacity constrained, to the detriment of competition. “

Furthermore, T-Mo goes on to argue that companies such as itself would be a better fit for the spectrum as they would be able to put it to use “…quickly, more intensively, and more efficiently than Verizon Wireless.” Sounds pretty bold to me, but hey, if T-Mobile and other smaller carriers want to stay relevant in the mobile space and eventually expand their services, they’re going to have to fight for it now and today before it’s gone tomorrow. You can check out the FCC filing here if you haven’t already.
