How would I pay for Apps on the Android Market?

Question by : How would I pay for Apps on the Android Market?
I recently got a Samsung Galaxy Ace. I was wondering if any of these options in paying for an app in the Android Market were possible.

1) Charged on bill after buying app. (Then paying by “minutes” you’ve purchased or paying by credit card afterwards.)
2) An immediate purchase of app from “minutes” recently purchased. (Confirming purchase of app by phone or online payment from acount balance.)
3) Credit card purchase on Google Checkout or Google Wallet. (Which I’m not really sure if Google wallet and checkout are the same thing.)

FYI: I’m on a pay-as-you-go plan. Which I do realize is actually not a great way for having a smartphone on this kind of plan. Was told “these phones are better on contract”. I am a new-one with the smartphone and am fully aware of how they are worked. As I understand, smartphones are a open-source device that is capable of almost anything. I refer to the phones as “little-computers. So, I would really like to know how to pay for apps on the Android Market. Am signed up with a Google acount which I already had before getting this new phone, and I have full access to the Market. Just had to confirm my Google acount with my phone just to get access… Anyway, help!! Am curious on how everything works. Someone with experience tell me how this works.
