You can’t get free mp3 downloads from iTunes. iTunes is a money-making company owned by Apple, and they charge $ 1 per song download.
To get free music, download a program for that purpose like the one found at http://frostwire.com .

I can tell you a very good, free virus-free site I found on the net after a lot of searching from which you can download songs, save them and the import them to itunes. That site is http://www.downloads.nl/local/en/mp3.html

You can get mp3 downloads from mp3obsession.com – it’s not free though, songs are 5 cents each, but it’s legal and safe.
