I know ya’ll do it…so what’s the safest way? I’ve never had one of these and yesterday I spent 100 dollars on songs and I know people use something to get them for free.
Jake Smith- Thanks I did that and it’s running good! But what if down the road I end up removing the program from my computer, will it remove the songs I put on itunes from it also?

Who spends 100 dollars on songs?
There is no safe way to download free music.
Download limewire and you can download music free, although it is illegal and can get you viruses unless you have a good anti-virus program.
Well, theres a lot of ways. LimeWire, FrostWire, Bearshare (P2P bit torrent sharing programs). Then, theres other ways like getting them from music playing websites like playlist.com, grooveshark.com, etc. This is more complicated but you dont have to download anything except a thing on the toolbar for firefox called download helper or something. You need firefox for this method, but its alot more complicated to do and some rare times doesnt work, so i wouldnt reccomend it unless you cant download a program. If you really want to use this method ask me about it and ill explain it but theres no need. Or, you can jailbreak your ipod and get dTunes for it but this is the most complicated method. The one I use is FrostWire. Its the same as LimeWire (Personally, i think bearshare and limewore suck) but a lot safer for me. Go to FrostWire.com and download it. From there, when you have it dowloaded, search the song you want, wait for it to download, and drag it to your ipod on itunes. That easy. Make sure you have an antivirus like Norton or something because theres a lot of trojans on the torrents so i really dont recomend doing this without an antivirus cause it will definetly mess your computer up. If you have an antivirus youre probably fine ive been using this method for 5 years and havent gotten a virus. Any questions, just ask.
